TikTok is already coming back online on Sunday just hours after the President was elected in the United States Donald Trump announced that it would issue an executive order on Monday to restore the platform.
Not long ago, TikTok released a statement saying, “In agreement with our service providers, TikTok is in the process of restoring service. We thank President Trump for giving our service providers the clarity and assurance they need.” TikTok will not face any penalties. It allows more than 170 million Americans and more than 7 million small businesses to thrive.”
He added, “This is a strong stand for the First Amendment and against arbitrary censorship. We will work with President Trump on a long-term solution that keeps TikTok in the US.”
ICYMI… Donald Trump took the truth on social this morning with a strong message – writing “Save TikTok” in a post.
He then wrote that he planned to pass an executive order on Monday — the same day he would be inaugurated as the nation’s 47th president.
The news is big news for the platform, which has more than 170 million US users and 7 million businesses.
