His most recent call to the police involved an allegation of domestic violence. Two, basically, Kim and Kroy blame each other.
Kim Zolciak alleged that Kroy Bierman threw her to the ground
The week of Thanksgiving can be a time of upheaval and family conflict even for seemingly stable families. Obviously, things were worse for Kim Zolciak and Kroy Bierman.
The former couple had a heated argument just before Thanksgiving. eventually, TMZ ReportsThe Milton Police Department dispatched a unit to their home on Wednesday, Nov. 27, on a domestic violence call.
Responding officers arrived at their home in Georgia – a home that was already scheduled to be auctioned on Tuesday, December 3rd.
According to the report, Kim described a tense argument with Kroy as they pulled down the curtains in their home.
She alleged that Croy became confrontational and then physically aggressive. Kim alleged that Kroy threw her to the ground from the ladder she was standing on.
In his police report, Kim described being injured during the incident, but was either unable or unwilling to show the injuries to first responders at the time.

The report states that at least some of Kim and Kroy’s children witnessed the altercation. One of his daughters spoke to authorities.
However, according to the unnamed daughter’s account, Kim fell down the stairs during the argument.
According to her account, Croy was taking down the curtains first. This upset Kim, who started doing the job himself. Then, she reportedly collapsed. For whatever it’s worth, the daughter told police she wasn’t coached on what to say.
Then came the allegations of Kroy Bierman, telling police that Kim Zolciak had assaulted him.
Kroy claimed that Kim attacked him from behind and punched him in the face.
These conflicting claims apparently surprised the respondents. Ultimately, the police were unable to determine or arrest the “primary assailant”.
Kim Zolciak and Kroy Bierman seem incapable of getting together (except when they do).
At this point, Kim and Kroy’s on-again, off-again divorce is almost completely over. However, they had enough convergence in 2023 to deeply complicate an already ugly division.
The two have spent the entire time seemingly unwilling to leave their shared home. This, of course, is a recipe for disaster.
Fortunately, it seems that the decision to leave their home – like the home itself – is no longer theirs. Perhaps Kim, Kroy and their children can find peace when this sorry state of affairs is over.
