Justin Baldonihas apparently put aside his differences with his lawyer…’ because the attorney who now represents him in the case against him Blake Lively Once represented a man who sued Baldoni for allegedly ripping off a script written by his client.
Brian Friedman — the man whose law firm is representing Baldoni in his legal battle with Blake Lively — filed the lawsuit on behalf of an unnamed individual. Travis Flores Back in 2021, claims that Flores had written a script for a movie based on his life called “Three Feet Distance.”
The lawsuit claims that Flores was working on a separate project with Baldoni when, unbeknownst to him, Justin got hold of his script.
Flores claims that Baldoni then made his own film “Five Feet Apart” based on his script … essentially stealing Flores’ idea.
Flores — with Friedman’s help — sued Baldoni and other parties for copyright infringement and breach of contract. The case has reportedly been settled, and Flores died last year.
Well, Friedman has apparently gone from legal adversary to Baldoni’s staunch supporter … defending his client in several hundred-million-dollar lawsuits — a Blake Lively and Vs. Ryan Reynolds and another against The New York Times.
It’s not unheard of for Hollywood lawyers to sue a person and then later represent them … but, it’s sure to raise some eyebrows among those who regularly see Friedman on Lively, Publicist. Saw firing at Leslie Sloaneand so on.

Lively and his lawyers A judge asked Friedman to stop From making comments and leaking evidence related to the “it ends with us” trial … claiming that his public comments could prejudice a jury.
