J-Z A lawsuit involving disgraced rapper Diddy has been filed for drugging and raping a 13-year-old girl … in what the music mogul is calling an “attempted blackmail.”
In documents obtained by TMZ … Jay-Z is named by an unnamed accuser, who says the rapper and Diddy drugged and raped her behind her back in 2000.
The plaintiff, who is suing as Jane Doe, says the alleged assault happened at a party after the MTV Video Music Awards.
accuser A lawsuit was actually filed against Diddy in October … in which he claimed to be the founder of Bad Boy Records and an unknown celebrity assaulted him – while an unnamed woman watched.
The accuser has since named Jay-Z as the second celebrity in the alleged assault, as she re-filed her lawsuit against Diddy to include the “Empire State of Mind” rapper on Sunday.
Jay-Z’s reps have responded to the lawsuit with a statement from the rap mogul … who said he was “determined to show [the accuser] For fraud [they] are.”

My wife [Beyonce] And I have to sit my kids down, one of whom is at an age where his friends will surely look at the press and question the nature of these claims, and explain the cruelty and greed of people. I mourn another loss of innocence. Children should not have to endure this at such a young age. It is unfair to try to fathom the unprecedented degrees of depravity to destroy families and human emotions.”
Diddy — who was Arrested and found guilty on charges of rape and sex trafficking Back in September – facing multiple sexual assault charges in separate lawsuits.
He has previously denied all the allegations leveled against him.
