TMZ Sports Spoke to the co-founders of BCT Partners Lawrence Hibbert And Dr. Randall Pinkett — which appeared on Season 4 the apprentice — who ranted the former project manager Ryan Caldwell For his actions in a now-viral video where he called a Green Bay fan a “dumb ugly ***.”

“I can’t say enough about how despicable the behavior we witnessed was and how upset I was to see someone who was associated with our company at the time,” Pinkett said.
Lawrence and Randall said they immediately knew it was Caldwell after watching the clip — and began investigating “as quickly as possible.”
“It was a thoughtful process. It was a quick process, and we believe it was a fair process.”
While the company apparently did nothing wrong … BCT found itself under intense social media scrutiny when people discovered where Ryan worked. As they celebrate 25 years of operation, Hibbert said the last 24-48 hours have been “really difficult”.
“It hurts,” he said. “But we also believe that we can stand on our track record, and we wanted to take these opportunities to confirm the fact that we still, even in difficult times, work on our value system. Going to do what we’re doing. Faith is right.”
Pinkett slammed some of the comments being made online … calling a select few “despicable.”
“That’s the problem with the culture we’ve created that we find ourselves in, that there’s no room for grace. There’s no room, there’s only two extremes, either you’re fine or you’re rejected. is gone.”

Caldwell has yet to publicly address the scandal.
