Dave Grohl hits the peppers for firefighters and families affected by wildfires

Dave Grohl Spent her birthday putting others first, preparing hearty meals for those affected by the LA wildfires and the brave firefighters battling the blaze.

Watch the clip — Dave was volunteering on Tuesday, shaking a giant vat of chili Feed the Streets Los Angeles, the group that is stepping up in a big way to feed displaced families, imprisoned firefighters and other frontline workers in the wake of the recent disaster.

Feed the Streets shared an IG story of Grohl in action, along with another clip showing him pushing containers down the sidewalk to deliver the food to those in need.

Dave, who calls the Encino neighborhood of LA home, has been a long-time volunteer with Feed the Streets, so it’s no surprise that he jumped in to help during this crisis.

He is in good company, joining a star-studded team Paris Hilton, beyonce, Sheryl Lee Ralph, Metallica, Sofia Vergara And more, all step up to volunteer and donate to help wildlife and people affected by the fires.
