If I angle this review only towards people with vulvas, I’ll be doing us all a disservice. If you have a penis and want to enjoy the vibrations either alone or during joint sex, there’s no reason why you can’t rock the Vesper 2 outside the bedroom. Then turn it on for some orgasmic fun inside Bedroom (or in the bathroom of your favorite bean bar. It’s quiet so you can use it anywhere.)
Unfortunately, I didn’t get to try Vesper 2 with my gender-neutral partner, but that’s okay. For me, Vesper has always been about empowerment. Every time I wore it, I was expressing my sexuality in a way that got me burned at the stake in 17th century Salem. Because Vesper 2 makes me feel the same way, it’s not something I wanted to share with my partner. I wanted exploration, pleasure, and orgasms on my terms with my brand-new vibrator necklace—a sentiment, I’m sure, some people will understand after getting their hands on the Vesper 2.

Vesper 2 is great. I stand by the fact that it did not happen as a matter of fact The first place needs an upgrade, but the waterproof design is especially welcome. 40-minute battery life isn’t enough for a few days, but I might be greedy. Frankly, I don’t need more than two minutes to orgasm with the Vesper 2, so unless I’m making it an hour-long sexual self-care session, 40 minutes is plenty.
This sex toy costs more than it’s worth, but my Vesper from 2014 still works – it’s a worthy investment. You’ll also be part of a club of bold and fearless people who know that sometimes, the best place for your favorite vibrator is around your neck.
