Bill Maher DEI’s proponents are calling it humbug, calling it “trait signaling” that in no way solves problems of inequality.
Bill invited Jay Leno to gab on his “Club Random” podcast, and BM didn’t mince words, calling out the left — “trait signals and things they do to make themselves feel better about being allies.” He says it does nothing to solve the problem the left says it is solving.
Bill asks, “You want to be a good colleague?” He says there are 3 ways to make things better… “Better schools. Don’t graduate kids who don’t know anything and have no skills. More dads. And the drug war. These are practical things, and That’s not what they talk about.
Maher is pushing his fellow liberals by daring to disagree on issues that he says have taken them to such extremes that they seem wackos to much of America. He resents what he calls “woke bulls**t.”
DEI is definitely on the ropes. Many large corporations that adopted it years ago are now abandoning it … with many saying, like Bill, it doesn’t work and is biased to boot.
