
Newly released body camera footage from New Jersey State Police captures the moment the driver, accused of murder, Johnny Gaudreau And his brother struggles through a field sobriety test before being taken into custody, driving drunk.

The police run some tests to see if he was drugged, and after finally being slapped in handcuffs, Sean is heard asking, “Is everybody okay in there? I mean, what happened?” A soldier replies, “We’ll talk about it when we get to the station.”

Audio was also released from the 911 call reporting the incident, where the caller describes how the car hit two people on the ground.
When asked about the condition of the two, the caller said it was dark and they could not see.
